Summary

Update an existing article, patching fields such as title, content, etc.

Inputs

• articleId (required) — UUID of the article to update
• updateArticleFields — Collection of fields to patch (e.g., title, content, status, dates, etc.)
• requestOptions — Additional request configuration including batching, proxy, SSL options, timeout
• allowUnauthorizedCerts — Allow self‑signed SSL certificates
• proxy — HTTP proxy URL
• timeout — Request timeout in milliseconds

Output shape

an object representing the updated article

The response body contains the updated article resource; may be empty on failure.

Examples

Example 1: Update title and status of a published article

Set Article ID to existing UUID, set Title to "New Title", set Status to "published", leave other fields empty.

Example 2: Bulk update via batching

Enable batching with 100 items per batch and 500 ms interval; provide Article ID; optionally add fields like content.

Example 3: Update with scheduled publish date

Provide Article ID, set Scheduled Publish At to "2025-01-01T00:00:00Z", keep other fields as needed.
