Summary

Retrieve multiple licenses from Keygate, optionally filtering by product ID and plan ID, and receive either a simplified or raw response.

Inputs

• Product Name or ID — Optionally select or specify the product to filter licenses.
• Plan Name or ID — Optionally select or specify the plan to further filter licenses.
• Email — Optional email address to filter licenses.
• Feature — Optional feature to filter licenses.
• JSON Input — Additional JSON fields merged into the request body for advanced filtering or parameters.
• Response Mode (required) — Choose 'Simplified' to return a compact, user-friendly license list or 'Raw' to get the full API response.

The output is an array of license objects when using 'Simplified' mode, each containing key details such as id, name, status, email, license key, and expiration dates. In 'Raw' mode, the complete original API response is returned, which may include additional fields not shown in simplified output. Errors during API calls may cause failure or return error objects if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Workflow retrieves all licenses for a specific product with a given plan ID and gets simplified output for further processing.

Set 'Product Name or ID' and 'Plan Name or ID' to desired values and 'Response Mode' to 'Simplified'. The workflow outputs an array of license JSON objects with key details for each license.
