Summary

Add one or more contacts to a specified segment in Mautic.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose the authentication method for the Mautic API (Credentials or OAuth2).
• Segment ID (required) — The unique identifier of the segment to which contacts will be added.
• Contact IDs — Comma-separated list of contact IDs to add to the segment. If left empty, the node uses the contactId or id fields from incoming items for batch adding.

Output shape

a single object indicating the success of the batch addition operation, often including the IDs of the contacts added and a success message.

If the 'Contact IDs' input is omitted, the operation extracts contact IDs from each input item under the fields 'contactId' or 'id' and adds them all to the segment. The result confirms which contacts were added. Errors from the Mautic API are handled and surfaced appropriately.

Examples

Example 1: Add specified contacts by IDs

Provide the Segment ID and a comma-separated list of Contact IDs to add them to the segment.

Example 2: Add contacts from input data

Provide the Segment ID but leave Contact IDs blank to add all contacts from the node's input items using their 'contactId' or 'id' fields.
