Summary

Update a Salla product option by its Option ID. Send only the fields you want changed; optionally edit its display and visibility settings or selected values, then choose whether to return the Salla data or full response envelope.

Inputs

• Option (required) — The product Option ID to update, available from the product options list.
• Option Name — New title shown to customers, such as Size or Color. Leave empty to keep the current name.
• Required — Set whether customers must select a value before adding the product to their cart.
• Additional Fields: Display Type and Visibility — Set how values appear (text, image, or color) and whether the option is always visible or shown on a condition. For conditional visibility, provide the comparison type and the dependent option and value IDs.
• Additional Fields: Sort Order and flags — Set the option's order, mark it advanced, associate it with order time, prevent same-day orders, or limit availability to a date/time range.
• Additional Fields: Values — Edit values with the builder (name, quantity, display value, and default status) or provide a raw JSON values array. Leave empty to keep existing values. The UI notes that Salla rejects value prices for this update in this environment; omit prices to avoid 422 errors.
• Return Mode — Choose Data Only (default) or Full Envelope, which includes status and raw response data.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the operation response.

Data Only returns the response data; object data becomes one item, and array data can become multiple items. Full Envelope returns one item with ok, status, data, error, and raw fields. Errors are raised as node API errors.
