Fetch Groups

Inputs

• apiKey — Optional: Override API Key using webhook JSON data
• instanceName (required) — Enter the instance name
• searchMethod (required) — Choose the method to fetch groups
• inviteCode (required) — Group invite code (e.g., JZNHJLvnNd04UvGefiEZAA)
• groupJid (required) — Group ID to fetch information
• getParticipants — Whether to retrieve the list of group participants

Output shape

Group data (single group or array of groups, optionally with participants)

Returned as defined by the SendWave API

Examples

Example 1: Fetch a specific group by its invite code

Set Search Method = By Invite Code, provide Invite Code

Example 2: List all groups in the instance

Set Search Method = Fetch All Groups, optionally enable Get Participants

Example 3: Retrieve details of a group via its internal ID

Set Search Method = By Group ID, provide Group ID
