Summary

Send an image message via SendWave API.

Inputs

• apiKey — Optional: Override API Key using webhook JSON data
• instanceName (required) — Enter the instance name that will send the message
• remoteJid — Optional: Recipient number (can come from webhook)
• media (required) — Image URL or base64
• caption — Text to send along with the image
• options_message — Message options

Output shape

The operation sends an image to the specified recipient via the configured SendWave instance. No explicit return value is defined in the source; the effect is the message dispatch.

Delay, reply-quoting via message ID, and group mentions are configurable through the nested options_message collection.
