Update Privacy Settings for a SendWave API instance

Inputs

• instanceName (required) — The SendWave instance name to target.
• apiKey — Optional API key override; if omitted, the node's credentials are used.
• readReceipts (required) — Who can see when you read messages. Options: Everyone (all), No One (none).
• profilePhoto (required) — Who can see your profile photo. Options: Everyone (all), My Contacts (contacts), Except Specific Contacts (contact_blacklist), No One (none).
• status (required) — Who can see your status. Options: Everyone (all), My Contacts (contacts), Except Specific Contacts (contact_blacklist), No One (none).
• online (required) — Who can see when you are online. Options: Everyone (all), Match Last Seen (match_last_seen).
• lastSeen (required) — Who can see your last seen timestamp. Options: Everyone (all), My Contacts (contacts), Except Specific Contacts (contact_blacklist), No One (none).
• groupsAdd (required) — Who can add you to groups. Options: Everyone (all), My Contacts (contacts), Except Specific Contacts (contact_blacklist).
