Summary

Add, retrieve, list, update, or delete Smartsheet users. For get, update, and delete, select a user from the list or enter their ID manually; add requires an email address, with optional name and account-role fields.

Inputs

• User Operation (required) — Choose Add, Delete, Get, List, or Update. Defaults to List.
• User Input Method (required) — For Get, Update, or Delete, choose to select a user from the searchable list or enter a user ID manually. Defaults to selecting from the list.
• User / User ID (required) — The selected or manually entered user ID for Get, Update, or Delete.
• Email (required) — Email address for the user being added.
• First Name — First name supplied when adding or updating a user.
• Last Name — Last name supplied when adding or updating a user.
• Admin — Whether the user is an admin when adding or updating a user. Defaults to false.
• Licensed Sheet Creator — Whether the user is a licensed sheet creator when adding or updating a user. Defaults to false.

Output shape

A single user record for Add, Get, and Update; a list of user records for List; and the API result for Delete.

The source pack identifies the Smartsheet user API methods but omits executor bodies, so the exact response envelope and delete result shape are not shown.
