Summary

Retrieve multiple folders from a specified StreamBIM project, optionally filtered by parent folder and sorted by a JSON:API-compliant sort string.

Inputs

• Project Name or ID (required) — Select or specify the project from your StreamBIM account to list folders for, loaded dynamically via credentials and region.
• Filters — Add filters to narrow down which folders are returned. Currently supports: Parent Folder Name or ID (choose a parent folder or '0' for root-level folders) and Sort (a JSON:API sort string like 'name' or '-created').
• Return All — Whether to retrieve all matching folders without limit or only up to a specified limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of folder results to return if not returning all, between 1 and 1000.

Output shape

a list of folder records matching the specified project and filters

Results can be paginated or limited according to the 'Return All' and 'Limit' parameters. Folders are filtered by parent folder if specified and sorted by the given JSON:API sort string if set. Returned folder data structure follows StreamBIM's folder JSON:API resource format.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 50 root-level folders in a specific project, sorted by name ascending.

Set Project Name or ID to the target project, Filters -> Parent Folder ID to '0', Sort to 'name', Return All to false, and Limit to 50.
