Summary

Inputs

• Project Name or ID (required) — Select the StreamBIM project by name or ID from your account, which determines the scope of topics to export.
• Export Selectors (required) — Provide a JSON object with filter criteria to select topics. Common fields include channel, isDeleted, workflow, checklist, building, assignedToUser, status, and labels. Use these selectors to narrow down the exported topics.
• Time Zone — Specify the time zone (e.g., Europe/Stockholm, UTC) used to format date fields in the exported JSON data.

Output shape

a JSON object or array representing the exported StreamBIM topics matching the filter criteria within the selected project.

The output includes topics filtered according to the provided selectors. Date fields in the results are adjusted to the specified time zone. Pagination and result size limits are managed internally, returning all matching items by default unless otherwise limited. Errors from the StreamBIM API or invalid inputs will result in execution failure.

Examples

Example 1: Export all non-deleted workflow topics in project 'ABC123'.

Set 'Project Name or ID' to 'ABC123', 'Export Selectors' to {"channel": "workflows", "isDeleted": false}, and 'Time Zone' to 'Europe/Stockholm' (or desired zone).

Example 2: Export topics assigned to user ID 42 with status 'open'.

Set 'Export Selectors' to {"assignedToUser":42, "status":"open"} with the appropriate project selected and timezone adjusted as needed.
