Summary

Update an existing folder within a specified StreamBIM project by modifying its attributes and relationships via either a structured form or a raw JSON:API request body.

Inputs

• Project Name or ID — Select from your StreamBIM projects or specify an ID, identifying the project that contains the folder to update.
• Folder Name or ID (required) — Select or specify the folder to update by name or ID.
• Use Raw JSON Body — Enable to provide the full update as a custom JSON:API-formatted body instead of using individual fields.
• Name — The new display name for the folder (used when not providing a raw JSON body).
• Parent Folder Name or ID — Specify a new parent folder by name or ID; use 0 to set the folder at the project root (used when not providing a raw JSON body).
• Label Names or IDs — Attach labels to the folder by selecting names or IDs (used when not providing a raw JSON body).
• Body — Provide the full JSON:API body for the update request, allowing maximum control over the folder's data (used when 'Use Raw JSON Body' is enabled).

a single folder record reflecting the updated folder state

When updating, the node returns the updated folder resource as received from the StreamBIM API in JSON:API format. Pagination and multiple-item lists are not applicable for this single-update operation. Errors or failures will be surfaced through the node's standard error handling.
