Summary

Retrieves multiple notes from SwipeOne, either those attached to a specific contact or workspace-wide notes, returning all results or up to a set limit.

Inputs

• scope — Whether to fetch Contact Notes (notes on one contact, default) or Workspace Notes.
• contactId (required) — The contact whose notes to fetch. Shown only when Scope is Contact Notes. Choose from a searchable list or enter the contact ID directly (e.g. 507f1f77bcf86cd799439011).
• returnAll — If true, returns all matching notes; if false (default), returns only up to the Limit.
• limit — Maximum number of notes to return (minimum 1, default 50). Shown only when Return All is off.

Output shape

A list of note records from SwipeOne, emitted as n8n items.

The source pack shows only signatures (function bodies are omitted), so the exact fields of each note and how pagination is performed are not visible. The transport layer includes cursor and page-based helpers, which likely support Return All.

Examples

Example 1: Pull the latest 20 notes for a specific contact to summarize their history.

Scope: Contact Notes; Contact: select from list or by ID; Return All: off; Limit: 20.

Example 2: Export every workspace note for backup or reporting.

Scope: Workspace Notes; Return All: on.
