Summary

Retrieves tasks from SwipeOne, either across the whole workspace or for one specific contact, with optional return-all or limited result counts.

Inputs

• Scope — Choose 'All Workspace Tasks' (default) or 'Contact Tasks' to restrict results to a single contact.
• Contact (required) — Only shown when Scope is 'Contact Tasks'. Select a contact from a searchable list or enter its ID directly (e.g. 507f1f77bcf86cd799439011).
• Return All — If true, returns all matching tasks; default is false.
• Limit — Maximum number of tasks to return when Return All is off. Default 50, minimum 1.

Output shape

A list of task records from SwipeOne, emitted as n8n output items.

The source pack shows only signatures, not the execute body, so the exact task fields and the pagination mechanism are not confirmed here. The Limit field is hidden when Return All is on.

Examples

Example 1: Pull every task in the workspace for a daily reporting workflow.

Scope: All Workspace Tasks; Return All: true.

Example 2: Fetch the 10 most recent tasks for a specific contact passed from a previous node.

Scope: Contact Tasks; Contact: By ID using an expression; Return All: false; Limit: 10.
