Summary

Fetches users from the 3C Plus API and returns their agent ID, name, lowercase email, extension, role, and active status. Choose a profile filter to request only agents, supervisors, or managers, or select “Todos” to omit the role filter.

Inputs

• Filtrar por perfil — Optional profile filter: “Apenas agentes” (default), “Supervisores”, or “Gestores”. “Todos” sends no role filter. The request asks for up to 500 users per page.

Output shape

One item containing a single record with count and agents fields.

agents is an array of user records with agent_id, name, email, extension_number, role, and active. Missing values are returned as empty strings, except active, which is null; email is lowercased. The count is the number of records returned by the API.
