Summary

Search records in a Teable table for a text value, across all fields or one chosen field, and return matching records as individual items.

Inputs

• Space (required) — Teable space; only used to populate the Base dropdown.
• Base (required) — Base within the space; only used to populate the Table dropdown.
• Table (required) — Table to search. Its ID is validated (letters, digits, underscore, hyphen only) and used in the request path.
• Search Query (required) — Value to search for. Sent to Teable as a non-exact (contains-style) search, not an exact match.
• Search Field — Restrict the search to one field. Leave empty to search all fields.
• Return All — If true, paginates through all matches (1000 per page, capped at 100,000 records). Default false.
• Limit — Max results when Return All is off (1–1000, default 100). Only shown when Return All is false.

Output shape

A list of items, one per matching record, each with the Teable record object as its JSON (typically id and fields).

Runs once per input item. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed item yields an item with an error message. Requests retry up to 3 times on 429/5xx errors. There are no options for field key type, cell format, sorting or view in Search, so Teable defaults apply.
