Summary

Looks up a person in TDX by U-M Uniqname and returns the matching user data, including the internal TDX UID. Enter a lowercase Uniqname of 3–8 letters; the request searches with it as <uniqname>@umich.edu.

Inputs

• U-M Uniqname (required) — The user’s lowercase U-M Uniqname, 3–8 letters. The node appends @umich.edu for the search.
• Request Options — Optional HTTP settings: batch size and interval for throttling requests, whether to accept invalid SSL certificates, an HTTP proxy, and a response-header timeout.

Output shape

A list of items containing the TDX people search response.

The operation issues a GET request to the TDX people/search endpoint. The source does not transform the response or establish whether a search returns one or multiple matches.
