Summary

Retrieve a paginated list of call events from the Uspacy call log, optionally filtered by phone number, call status, responsible users, related CRM entity, and call date range with timezone offset.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose between Bearer Token or Incoming Webhook methods for API authorization.
• Сторінка — Page number starting from 1 to paginate results.

• Пошук (номер телефону) — Search call events by client's phone number.
• Статус дзвінка — Filter call events by one or more call completion statuses such as 'successful', 'missed', or 'declined'.
• Відповідальний (Responsible) — Filter call events assigned to one or more responsible users loaded dynamically from Uspacy.
• Фільтр по сутності — Filter call events linked to a specific CRM entity type and ID (lead, deal, contact, company).
• Дата дзвінка — Apply a preset date filter (e.g., today, yesterday, this week) or a custom date range for call events.
• Початок (від) — Start datetime for custom date range filter (inclusive). Required if using custom date range.
• Кінець (до) — End datetime for custom date range filter (inclusive). Required if using custom date range.
• Зміщення часового поясу (хвилини) — Timezone offset in minutes relative to UTC to correctly filter call event timestamps according to user's timezone. Defaults to 180 (UTC+3 for Kyiv).

a list of call event records corresponding to the applied filters and pagination

Pagination controlled via 'Сторінка' (page) and 'Кількість на сторінці' (page size) parameters. Filtering supports multi-select and date presets or custom ranges. Active responsible users are dynamically loaded from the Uspacy system. Returned call events include details such as status and linked CRM entities.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve the first page of 20 successful call events assigned to specific responsible users that occurred this week.

Authentication via Bearer Token, page=1, page size=20, call status filter=['successed'], responsible filter=[user1, user2], date preset='this_week' with appropriate timezone offset.
