Summary

Retrieve a list of comments linked to a specific CRM entity in Uspacy by specifying the entity type and its ID, optionally controlling the number of comments returned per page.

Inputs

• Authentication — Selects the authentication method: 'Bearer Token (API)' using a token from user account or sign-in, or 'Incoming Webhook' using a webhook key without token.

• ID сутності (Entity ID) (required) — The unique ID of the selected CRM entity (like a lead, deal, contact, or company) to list comments for.

Output shape

a list of comment objects associated with the specified CRM entity

The output contains an array of comments; pagination is supported via the 'Кількість (List)' input which controls the number of comments per page. The comments returned relate only to the provided entity type and ID. Errors in authentication or invalid IDs will result in failure responses.

Examples

Example 1: List comments for a specific lead

Set Entity Type to 'lead', Entity ID to the lead's ID, select authentication method with a valid token, and optionally adjust the number of comments to retrieve per page.
