Summary

Create a new task in Uspacy CRM with specified parameters such as title, description, deadline, responsible user, status, priority, accomplices, auditors, and additional custom fields.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose between Bearer Token (API) or Incoming Webhook authentication methods for connecting to Uspacy.
• Назва задачі (required) — Title of the task; this is a mandatory field.
• Опис — Description of the task, can be in HTML or plain text.
• Дедлайн — Deadline date and time for the task.
• Зміщення часового поясу (хвилини) — Timezone offset in minutes relative to UTC; default is 0 assuming the n8n server is set to Kyiv time (UTC+3). Adjust as necessary.
• Відповідальний (Responsible) — User responsible for the task, selectable from active Uspacy users.
• Статус (Status) — Current status of the task, chosen from predefined options such as notScheduled, scheduled, inWork, stopped, inControl, or ready.
• Співвиконавці (Accomplices) — Multiple accomplices for the task selected from active users.
• Аудитори (Auditors) — Multiple auditors for the task selected from active users.
• Пріоритет (Priority) — Priority level of the task, defaulting to neutral with available options from low to veryHigh.
• Додаткові поля — Any additional task fields provided as key-value pairs, such as parent_id or watcher_ids.

Output shape

A single JSON object representing the created task as returned by Uspacy's API.

The output includes all standard task fields and any additional fields provided. Authentication must match the selected method; requests are sent to Uspacy's API or webhook endpoint accordingly. The 'title' field is mandatory; other fields are optional. Timezone offset adjusts datetime fields as needed.

Example 1: Creating a new task with a title, deadline, responsible user, and priority.

Set Authentication to Bearer Token; enter 'Назва задачі' with a string; optionally provide 'Дедлайн' as dateTime, select 'Відповідальний' from user list, and choose 'Пріоритет'.
