Summary

Sends a WeCom video message to selected recipients using an uploaded video’s Media ID. Choose recipients by member, department, tag, a combination of those, manually entered IDs, or all members in the app’s visible range.

Inputs

• Recipients (required) — Choose a recipient method. Select members (up to 1,000), departments (up to 100), tags (up to 100), or combine these using the selection lists; enter comma- or pipe-separated IDs for manual targeting, or use @all in the member ID field to reach the app’s visible range. The default method is selected members.
• Media ID (required) — The uploaded video’s Media ID, obtained through WeCom’s media management API.
• Video title — Optional title; limited to 128 bytes and automatically truncated if longer.
• Video description — Optional description; limited to 512 bytes and automatically truncated if longer.
• Confidential message — When enabled, marks the message as confidential so it cannot be forwarded or copied and displays a watermark. Defaults to off.
• Duplicate message check — When enabled, prevents identical messages from being sent again within the configured interval. Defaults to off.
• Duplicate check interval (seconds) — Interval for duplicate checks when enabled; defaults to 1,800 seconds and accepts 0–14,400 seconds.

Output shape

A single output item containing the WeCom API response.

The operation sends the message through the configured WeCom credentials. The video must already be uploaded; this operation does not upload it.
