Summary

Sends an active reply to a WeCom intelligent robot callback as either a Markdown message or a template card. Configure the robot trigger to respond immediately; each response_url can be used once within one hour.

Inputs

• replyType (required) — Choose Markdown or a template card.
• content (required) — For Markdown replies, provide UTF-8 Markdown content up to 20,480 bytes.
• feedback_id — Optional ID up to 256 UTF-8 bytes; when set, a user feedback event triggers a callback. Available for either reply type.
• template_card_input_mode — For template cards, choose to provide the complete card as JSON or build it with form fields.
• template_card_json (required) — In JSON mode, provide the complete template_card object.
• card_type — In form mode, choose a card type: button interaction, multiple choice, vote, news, or text notice. Type-specific fields configure the card's content, choices, buttons, links, and actions.
• Template card form fields — In form mode, optionally set the card's source, title, emphasized content, quote, subtitle, horizontal and vertical content lists, jump list, overall card action, task ID, action menu, and type-specific selectors, buttons, options, or image content. Some fields are required for particular card types; follow the field descriptions for URL and mini-program action requirements.

Output shape

A single n8n item containing the WeCom API response.

The operation posts the selected reply using the callback's response_url. In group chats it quotes the triggering message; when a template card cannot quote it, an empty reference message is generated. Each response URL is single-use and valid for one hour.
