Summary

Send a WeCom voice message to selected users, departments, tags, or the application’s full visible audience. Provide a voice media ID and optionally enable duplicate-message checking.

Inputs

• recipientType — Choose the audience: all visible members, manually entered IDs, a combination of selected users/departments/tags, or one selected group type. Defaults to selected users.
• touser / toparty / totag — For selection modes, choose users (up to 1,000), departments (up to 100), and/or tags (up to 100), as applicable to the audience type.
• touser_manual / toparty_manual / totag_manual — For manual mode, enter member, department, and/or tag IDs separated by commas or |. The UI documents limits of 1,000 members and 100 departments or tags; @all in the member field targets all visible members.
• media_id (required) — Media ID of the voice file, obtained by uploading the voice through WeCom’s material management interface.
• enable_duplicate_check — Enable WeCom’s duplicate-message check; defaults to false.
• duplicate_check_interval — When duplicate checking is enabled, set its interval in seconds (default 1,800; maximum 14,400).

Output shape

A single output item containing the WeCom API response for the send request.

The operation sends a message through WeCom. The source pack shows the operation routing and shared recipient helpers only as signatures, so the exact response fields are not available here.
