Summary

Sends a text message through the Whazing API to a WhatsApp recipient. Provide the recipient’s international-format phone number or a ticket ID; the ticket ID takes precedence when supplied.

Inputs

• Número Do WhatsApp — Recipient phone number in international format, such as 5511999999999. Used unless an ID Do Ticket is supplied.
• ID Do Ticket — Ticket ID to use as the recipient identifier instead of the phone number.
• Mensagem (Corpo) (required) — Text content of the message.
• External Key — External identifier for the message, used to identify it in your system’s webhook.

Output shape

A single n8n item containing the API response.

Examples

Example 1: Send a message by phone number

Set Número Do WhatsApp to the international-format number and enter the text in Mensagem (Corpo).

Example 2: Send to an existing ticket

Set ID Do Ticket and enter the text in Mensagem (Corpo); the ticket ID replaces the phone number as recipient identifier.
