Summary

Retrieve JobNimbus invoices, optionally filtering by creation or update date, record type, or status. Return up to the configured limit or fetch all available pages.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to fetch all invoices. Defaults to false; when false, the Limit parameter applies.
• Limit — Maximum number of invoices to return when Return All is false. Defaults to 50; UI range is 1–1000.
• Filters — Optional filters: Date Created After and Date Updated After select invoices on or after the given date; Record Type and Status match their respective names.

Output shape

A list of invoice records, each returned as an n8n item.

With Return All enabled, the node paginates in batches of 50 until a shorter page is returned or the 10,000-record safety ceiling is reached. Date filters are sent as Elasticsearch range filters; record type and status are sent as query parameters.
