Summary

React to a WhatsApp message with an emoji or remove an existing reaction.

Inputs

• jid (required) — The phone number (e.g., 5511999999999) or group ID (e.g., 123456789@g.us) of the recipient or chat.
• emoji (required) — The emoji character to react with. Pass an empty string to remove an existing reaction.
• messageId (required) — The ID of the target message to react to.

Returns the API response payload from Zappify confirming the reaction status.
