Summary

Retrieves a single contact record by ID, email, or LinkedIn profile from Reply.io.

Inputs

• contactLocator (required) — The contact to operate on. Supports modes: 'id' (numeric ID), 'email' (email address), or 'linkedIn' (LinkedIn profile URL).

Output shape

a single record

Returns the full contact object from the Reply.io API. The node validates the locator and throws an error if the contact is not found.

Examples

Example 1: Get a contact by their numeric ID

Set contactLocator mode to 'id' and provide the numeric ID (e.g., 12345).

Example 2: Get a contact by email address

Set contactLocator mode to 'email' and provide the email address (e.g., name@email.com).

Example 3: Get a contact by LinkedIn profile URL

Set contactLocator mode to 'linkedIn' and provide the LinkedIn profile URL (e.g., https://linkedin.com/in/username).
