Inputs

  • Authentication — Select OAuth2 (Authorization Code) or Client Credentials authentication; OAuth2 is the default.
  • Board ID (required) — Numeric ID of the ticket board to list tickets from. Find it in the URL when viewing the board in NinjaOne.
  • Return All — When enabled, return all tickets provided by the board endpoint. Defaults to false.
  • Limit — Maximum number of returned tickets when Return All is false. Defaults to 50; minimum is 1.

Output shape

A list of ticket items, one n8n item per ticket.

The operation calls the board run endpoint, unwraps its data array when present, and applies Limit by slicing the returned array. It does not paginate; Return All returns the array from that endpoint as-is. No ticket filters are applied.
