  • Planner Model — Claude model for the planning turn. Defaults to Sonnet; choose another listed model or inherit the session default.
  • Effort — Planning thoroughness passed to the Claude CLI. Defaults to the model's setting; supports Low, Medium, High, Extra High, or Max.

Output shape

A list of task envelopes, one per planned task, ordered by dependency and wave.

Tasks within a wave use the planner's original order as a tie-breaker. Planning that needs more input is returned via a plannerNeedsInput path; planning errors and malformed or cyclic plans fail.
