Summary

Create a Bexio contact by choosing whether it is a person or company, assigning a responsible user and owner, and optionally supplying contact details. The node sends these values to Bexio’s contact creation endpoint and returns the API response.

Inputs

  • Contact Type (required) — Choose Person (1, the default) or Company (2).
  • User Name or ID (required) — User responsible for the contact; select a user or provide its ID, including through an expression.
  • Owner Name or ID (required) — Owner of the contact; select a user or provide its ID, including through an expression.
  • Additional Fields — Optional contact details: first and last name (last name also serves as the company name), salutation, title, birthday, address, postcode, city, country, primary and secondary email, landline and mobile phone, fax, website, Skype name, remarks, language preference, lead status, and comma-separated contact group and branch IDs. Salutation, title, country, and language can be selected from lists or supplied by ID.

Output shape

A single contact record from the Bexio API response for each input item.

The node sends a POST request to /2.0/contact with the selected contact type, user ID, owner ID, and any provided additional fields. If Continue On Fail is enabled, a failed item instead returns an error message.
