Summary

Selects a transfer destination for the current chat. The available choices are any available agent, a department, or a user; when transferring to a department, enter its name. The source does not implement this operation, so it returns the incoming items unchanged and performs no transfer.

Inputs

• Transfer Type (required) — Choose To Any Available Agent, To Department, or To User. Defaults to To Any Available Agent.
• Department — Department name, shown when To Department is selected. The operation implementation does not use this value.

Output shape

The incoming items, passed through unchanged.

Although the UI offers transfer destinations, the node's execute method has no transfer handler and falls back to returning the input items.
