Set role of a user in a channel

Inputs

• channelType — Whether to target a public channel or a private group
• specifyRoomManually — Whether to specify the room ID manually instead of selecting from the list
• roomId (required) — Select the channel from the list or enter the ID manually
• specifyUserManually — Whether to specify the user ID manually instead of selecting from the list
• userId (required) — Select the user from the list or enter the ID manually
• roleAction (required) — The action to perform on the user's role (e.g., Add Moderator, Add Owner, etc.)

Output shape

a single object representing the Rocket.Chat API response (e.g., success info or error details)

The response may contain error information if the operation fails; otherwise it returns the raw API result.
