Summary

List fields in Crowdin Enterprise, optionally filtering by entity type, field type, or search keywords, with control over pagination and authentication method.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose between OAuth2 or Personal Access Token for connecting to Crowdin Enterprise.
• Search — Provide a keyword to search fields by slug or name.
• Entity — Filter listed fields by specified entity, e.g., project, user, task, file, translation, string, term, or concept.
• Type — Filter listed fields by field type such as checkbox, date, number, text, etc.
• Return All (required) — Decide whether to return all matching fields or limit to a number specified in 'Limit'.
• Limit — Set the maximum number of fields to return when 'Return All' is false.

Output shape

a list of field records returned from the Crowdin Enterprise API, each representing a custom field with details such as its identifier, type, and associated entity.

The operation supports optional filters for searching and pagination. If 'Return All' is true, all matching fields are returned; otherwise, the number is limited by 'Limit'. Errors are returned in standard error envelopes if the API call fails.

Examples

Example 1: List all custom fields associated with strings using OAuth2 authentication.

Set 'Authentication' to OAuth2, 'Entity' to 'string', and 'Return All' to true.

Example 2: Search for text-type fields related to projects, returning up to 20 results using a Personal Access Token.

Set 'Authentication' to Access Token, 'Type' to 'text', 'Entity' to 'project', 'Return All' to false, and 'Limit' to 20.
