Crowdin Enterprise (String-Based)Install

Summary

List terms from a specified glossary in Crowdin Enterprise, optionally filtered and sorted by various criteria such as language, user, concept, and CroQL query. Returns a collection of glossary terms matching the query parameters.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose authentication method: OAuth2 or Personal Access Token.
• Glossary Id (required) — Identifier of the glossary from which to list terms, selectable via loading existing glossaries.
• Order By — Sorting rule for the returned terms, e.g., 'createdAt desc' or 'text'.
• User Id — Filter terms by the user who created them.
• Language Id — Filter terms by language of the term.
• Concept Id — Filter terms related to a specific concept, used for terms with translations.
• Croql — Apply a CroQL query filter; can be combined only with orderBy, offset, and limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of results to return, applicable if 'Return All' is false.
• Return All — Toggle to return all matching terms or limit to 'Limit' number of terms.

Results are paginated unless 'Return All' is true; filtering by CroQL can only be combined with orderBy, offset, and limit parameters; Glossary Id is required to specify the glossary context.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve all terms from a specific glossary sorted by creation date descending

Set 'Glossary Id' to the target glossary, leave other filters blank, and set 'Return All' to true.
