Crowdin Enterprise (String-Based)Install

Summary

Update the archived status of an existing task within a specified Crowdin Enterprise project by setting its 'isArchived' property to true or false.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Select the authentication method used for connecting to Crowdin Enterprise: OAuth2 (recommended) or Personal Access Token.
• Project Id (required) — The identifier of the Crowdin Enterprise project containing the task to update. Can be selected from existing projects via the 'getProjects' method.
• Task Id (required) — The identifier of the task within the project to update. Can be selected from existing tasks of the specified project via the 'getProjectTasks' method.
• Update Fields (required) — Specify the archived status to set for the task. 'Is Archived' accepts a boolean: true to archive the task, false to unarchive it and move it back to the list of active tasks.

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the updated task resource as returned by Crowdin Enterprise after modifying its archived status

The API call patches only the 'isArchived' field of the specified task. Other task fields remain unchanged. The update requires valid project and task identifiers and proper authentication. No pagination or batching applies as this is a single resource update.

Examples

Example 1: Archive a task in a project

Use OAuth2 authentication, select the project and task, and set 'Is Archived' to true in Update Fields.

Example 2: Unarchive a previously archived task

Use Personal Access Token authentication, select the project and task, and set 'Is Archived' to false in Update Fields.
