Summary

Fetches multiple Action Items from ScalePad based on optional filters and a limit or return all results.

Inputs

• returnAll — Whether to return all results or only up to a given limit.
• limit — Max number of results to return (default 50, min 1, max 200).
• filters — Optional collection of filters to apply to the query (Client ID, Assignee ID, Is Completed, Priority).

The operation relies on ScalePad's Core API, which uses cursor-based pagination for lists. The node applies an exponential backoff strategy to handle rate limiting.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch a specific set of high-priority, uncompleted action items

Set returnAll to false, limit to 50, and configure filters: Is Completed = false, Priority = High.

Example 2: Retrieve all action items for a specific client

Set returnAll to true and configure filters: Client ID = [your client ID].
