Summary

Retrieves a list of ScalePad assessments, optionally filtering by client, template, and completion status.

Inputs

• returnAll — Whether to retrieve all available assessments or only up to a specified limit.
• limit — Maximum number of results to return. Valid range is 1 to 200. Only applies when returnAll is false.
• filters — A collection of filters to narrow results. Supports filtering by Client ID, Template ID, and completion status (Is Completed).

Output shape

a list of items

The 'returnAll' parameter determines if pagination is handled internally by the node. When true, the node automatically retrieves all pages. When false, only the first page is fetched.

Examples

Example 1: List all completed assessments for a specific client

Enable returnAll, set filters: Client ID = [client], Is Completed = true

Example 2: Retrieve the first 20 active assessments

Disable returnAll, set limit to 20, set filters: Is Completed = false

Example 3: Retrieve all assessments matching a specific template

Enable returnAll, set filters: Template ID = [template]
