Summary

Retrieve multiple opportunity records from ScalePad Core API, optionally filtering by client ID or opportunity stage, and control the number of results returned.

Inputs

• Return All — Set to true to return all opportunity records without limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of opportunity records to return if 'Return All' is false; valid range is 1 to 200, default is 50.
• Additional Fields — Optional filters to narrow the returned opportunities, including 'Client ID' to filter by client and 'Stage' to filter by opportunity stage (prospect, qualified, proposal, won, lost).

Output shape

A list of opportunity records from ScalePad Core matching the filter criteria, each represented as an object with opportunity details.

If 'Return All' is enabled, all matching records are returned with pagination handled automatically. Otherwise, results are limited by the 'Limit' parameter. Filtering by 'Client ID' and/or 'Stage' is optional. Errors from the API are propagated as node execution errors.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 50 opportunities at the 'qualified' stage for a specific client ID.

Set 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 50, 'Additional Fields' with 'Client ID' set to the client identifier and 'Stage' set to 'qualified'.

Example 2: Retrieve all opportunities without filtering.

Set 'Return All' to true and leave 'Additional Fields' empty.
