Summary

Send a WhatsApp interactive CTA message with a URL button through the selected Kirim account. Provide either the recipient’s E.164 phone number or BSUID, plus the message body, button label, and HTTPS URL; this operation is limited to the 24-hour conversation window.

Inputs

• From Account Name or ID (required) — WhatsApp account that sends the message.
• To (Phone Number) — Recipient phone number in E.164 format. Use this or Recipient (BSUID).
• Recipient (BSUID) — Business-Scoped User ID for a WhatsApp user who adopted a username and no longer exposes their phone. Use this or To; the API needs one identifier.
• Reply To Message ID (Wamid) — Meta-native WhatsApp message ID from an inbound webhook to send the message as a quoted reply.
• Body Text (required) — Message body displayed above the button; maximum 1,024 characters.
• Button Label (required) — Text displayed on the button; maximum 20 characters.
• Button URL (required) — HTTPS URL opened when the recipient taps the button.
• Request Options — Optional request settings, including batching, SSL certificate validation, proxy, and timeout.

Output shape

A single API response item for the sent message.

The request uses WhatsApp as the messaging product and sends an interactive CTA URL message. Available only within the 24-hour conversation window.
