Summary

Send a WhatsApp interactive list menu from the selected account to a recipient. The recipient opens the button to choose from up to 10 rows; the chosen row ID is returned in an inbound list_reply webhook. This operation only works within WhatsApp’s 24-hour conversation window.

Inputs

• From Account Name or ID (required) — WhatsApp account to send from.
• To (Phone Number) or Recipient (BSUID) (required) — Provide one recipient identifier: an E.164 phone number or, for eligible users who adopted a WhatsApp username and no longer expose their phone, a BSUID. Leave the other field blank.
• Reply To Message ID (Wamid) — Optional Meta-native WhatsApp message ID from an inbound webhook; adds a quoted reply context. Leave blank for a normal send.
• Header Text — Optional plain-text header above the body, up to 60 characters. Media headers are not supported.
• Body Text (required) — Main message text above the list button, up to 1024 characters.
• Footer Text — Optional text below the list button, up to 60 characters.
• Button Label (required) — Label for the button that opens the list, up to 20 characters.
• Rows (required) — Add 1–10 rows. Each needs a unique ID (up to 200 characters) and title (up to 24 characters). Optional description is up to 72 characters. Set the same optional Section label on rows to group them under a heading (up to 24 characters).

Output shape

A single API response item for the send request.

The selected row ID is delivered later in an inbound list_reply webhook; it is not the immediate output of this operation. The node trims row values, omits rows without both an ID and title, groups rows by section in first-seen order, and errors if no valid rows remain, IDs repeat, limits are exceeded, or the button label is blank or too long.
