Retrieve the full list of all user contacts from the authenticated Telegram account.

a single record containing the list of all user contacts as returned by the Telegram client API

No additional parameters are required for this operation. It fetches all contacts currently stored in the authenticated Telegram user account. The data is returned in the standard Telegram client structure for contacts.
