Edit a specific Telegram message's text within a given chat by specifying the chat ID, message ID, and the new message text.

Output shape

A single message object representing the updated message with the edited text.

The updated message object is returned upon successful operation. Errors may arise if the message ID or chat ID is invalid or if the bot lacks permissions to edit the message.
