Summary

Retrieve multiple Appointment records from Bullhorn matching a specified SQL WHERE clause and return selected fields.

Inputs

• Query String (required) — SQL WHERE clause to filter appointments (e.g., "isDeleted=false").
• Fields — Comma-separated list of fields to return for each appointment, defaulting to id,subject,dateBegin,dateEnd,type.
• Return All — Boolean to return all matching appointments or limit the results.
• Limit — Maximum number of appointments to return if not returning all, between 1 and 500. Defaults to 50.

Output shape

a list of appointment records

Returns a list of JSON objects representing appointments that match the query. Each object contains the requested fields. Pagination is based on 'Return All' and 'Limit' parameters. Errors are returned per item if continueOnFail is enabled.

Example 1: Get all non-deleted appointments returning default fields

Query String: isDeleted=false; Fields: id,subject,dateBegin,dateEnd,type; Return All: true

Example 2: Get up to 50 appointments with a specific subject

Query String: subject='Meeting'; Fields: id,subject,dateBegin,dateEnd,type; Return All: false; Limit: 50
