Summary

Create a new candidate record in Bullhorn CRM by specifying required personal details and status, with optional additional and custom fields.

Inputs

• First Name (required) — Candidate's first name.
• Last Name (required) — Candidate's last name.
• Name (required) — Candidate's full name; required by Bullhorn alongside first and last name.
• Status (required) — Candidate status (e.g., "New Lead", "Active", "Placed").
• Additional Fields — Optional additional candidate fields such as email, phone, address components, occupation, source, category ID, owner ID, and raw JSON custom fields.
• Custom Fields — Set custom candidate fields by their display name using a fixed collection; only fields with user-assigned labels appear.

Returns the newly created candidate record as JSON. If a candidate with the same unique fields exists but is soft-deleted, the node restores and updates that record instead of creating a new one.
