Summary

Create a new Note entity in Bullhorn CRM by specifying required fields plus any optional additional or custom fields.

Inputs

• action (required) — Note action type (e.g. "General Note", "Phone Call")
• comments (required) — Comments text for the note
• additionalFields — Optional additional fields such as Person Reference ID, Job Order ID, and raw JSON for custom fields
• customFieldValues — Set custom fields by their display name (only fields with user-assigned labels), specifying name and value for each

Output shape

a list of JSON objects representing the created Note records, one per input item

The output contains the raw API response for each created Note. The resource 'Note' requires "action" and "comments" fields. You can optionally add references like personReference and jobOrder as IDs or custom JSON fields. The node handles date conversion and nested address fields automatically if provided in additionalFields.
