Summary

Fetch multiple tasks from Bullhorn using SQL WHERE or Lucene search syntax.

Inputs

  • queryString (required) — SQL WHERE clause syntax (e.g. 'status='Not Started' AND isDeleted=false') when searchType is 'query', or Lucene query syntax (e.g. 'subject:Follow') when searchType is 'search'. Defaults to 'isDeleted=false' for SQL or 'isDeleted:false' for Lucene.
  • fields — Comma-separated list of fields to return. Available fields: id, assignees, candidate, childTasks, clientContact, dateAdded, dateBegin, dateCompleted, dateEnd, dateLastModified, description, isCompleted, isDeleted, isPrivate, jobOrder, lead, notificationMinutes, opportunity, owner, parentTask, placement, priority, recurrenceDayBits, recurrenceFrequency, recurrenceStyle, recurrenceType, subject, taskUUID, type. Default: 'id,subject, status, dateBegin, dateDue'.
  • searchType — Select the search mode: 'query' for SQL WHERE clause or 'search' for full-text Lucene search. Defaults to 'query'.
  • returnAll — Whether to return all results or only up to the given limit. Defaults to false.
  • limit — Maximum number of results to return. Minimum 1, maximum 500. Defaults to 50. Only applied when returnAll is false.

Output shape

An array of task objects, each containing the requested fields. Pagination is applied when returnAll is true (up to 500 items per page). Otherwise, only the first limit items are returned.

The node uses the Bullhorn /query or /search endpoint based on searchType. The queryString parameter is interpreted accordingly. Fields are passed as the fields query parameter.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 20 tasks with status 'Not Started' using SQL syntax.

Set searchType to 'query', queryString to 'status='Not Started' AND isDeleted=false', limit to 20, and optionally specify desired fields via the fields parameter.
