Summary

Retrieve a list of user chat cases within a specified time range in milliseconds, optionally controlling pagination, result limit, and sort order.

Inputs

• From (required) — Start time of the time range (Unix timestamp in milliseconds).
• To (required) — End time of the time range (Unix timestamp in milliseconds).
• Since — Cursor for pagination to fetch cases after a certain point.
• Limit — Maximum number of cases to return (1-500). Defaults to 50.
• Sort Order — Sort order for results: ascending, descending, or both. Defaults to descending.

Output shape

A list of user chat case records matching the specified time range and pagination parameters.

Supports pagination via the 'Since' cursor and limits number of returned cases by 'Limit'. Results are sorted by the specified 'Sort Order'. API response structure follows Channel Talk's listing conventions.
