Summary

Create a new webhook in Channel Talk that listens for specified event scopes and forwards them to the provided URL.

Inputs

• Name (required) — Name of the webhook to identify it.
• URL (required) — The URL that will receive the webhook events.
• Scopes (JSON Array) (required) — JSON array of event scopes to subscribe to. Use ["*"] to receive all events. Supported scopes include userChat.opened, message.created.userChat, message.created.teamChat, lead.upserted.contact, lead.upserted.subscription, lead.deleted, member.upserted.contact, member.upserted.subscription, and member.deleted.
• API Version (required) — API version string for webhook payloads, e.g., "v5".
• Additional Fields — Optional extra fields, including deprecated Keywords (JSON Array) to filter events by keywords.

Output shape

a single record representing the newly created webhook with its details.

The response contains the webhook object created by the API. Input parameters such as scopes and keywords must be provided as JSON strings representing arrays of strings and are parsed accordingly before being sent.
