Summary

Retrieve multiple Salary Slip documents from ERPNext, with flexible filtering, field selection, sorting, and pagination based on the chosen API version.

Inputs

• API Version (required) — Select the Frappe REST API version to use ('v1' for /api/resource stable or 'v2' for /api/v2/document in Frappe v16).
• Fields — Comma-separated list or JSON-style array of fields to return for each Salary Slip document (default is ['name']).
• Filters JSON — Frappe-compatible JSON filter object or list to limit which Salary Slips are returned, e.g. [["status","=","Active"]] or {"employee":"HR-EMP-0001"}.
• Return All (required) — Boolean to determine whether to return all matching documents (up to 1000 per page request) or limit the number of returned documents.
• Limit — Maximum number of Salary Slip documents to return if 'Return All' is false, from 1 to 1000 (default 50).
• Order By — String to specify the order in which documents are returned, e.g. 'modified desc' (default is 'modified desc').

Output shape

a list of Salary Slip document objects containing the requested fields

If 'Return All' is true, results are fetched in pages of up to 1000 until all matching records are retrieved. Filters and field selections are passed through to the ERPNext API according to the selected API version. Errors during fetch for each item produce error messages per item if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.
