Summary

Retrieve multiple Shift Assignment documents from ERPNext with configurable filters, field selection, sorting, and pagination options.

Inputs

• API Version (required) — Select the Frappe REST API version (v1 or v2) the request will use.
• Fields — Specify a comma-separated list or JSON-style array of fields to include in each returned Shift Assignment document.
• Filters JSON — Provide JSON-formatted filters to restrict which Shift Assignment records to return (e.g., filtering by employee or status).
• Return All (required) — Choose whether to retrieve all matching Shift Assignment records or limit the results.
• Limit — When 'Return All' is false, limit the maximum number of returned Shift Assignments (1 to 1000).
• Order By — Specify the sort order for the results, such as 'modified desc' to order by last modified descending.

Output shape

a list of Shift Assignment records as JSON objects

The output is an array containing the requested fields of matching Shift Assignment documents. When 'Return All' is true, pagination is handled internally by the node to fetch all matching records up to 1000 per API call batch, merged into a single list returned in the output.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 50 Shift Assignments for a specific employee, returning only the 'name' and 'employee_name' fields, ordered by modification date descending.

Set API Version to 'v1', Fields to 'name,employee_name', Filters JSON to '{"employee":"HR-EMP-0001"}', Return All to false, Limit to 50, and Order By to 'modified desc'.
