Summary

Lists Kajabi contacts, optionally filtering and sorting the results and selecting which attributes to return. Choose Return All to paginate through results, or set a Limit for a bounded response.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to fetch all matching contacts. Defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum number of contacts to return when Return All is off; defaults to 50, with a UI range of 1–500.
• Filters — Optional contact filters, including site ID, name or email search, contact details, activity and subscription dates, tags, offers, products, forms, events, assessments, revenue, email engagement, and newsletter or sequence subscriptions. Each non-empty filter is sent as a filter[...] query parameter. Site ID is recommended and required for accounts with multiple sites; a site selected in the credential is used when this filter is empty.
• Sort — Sort contacts by name, email, or creation date, ascending or descending.
• Fields — Comma-separated contact attributes to request, such as name,email.

Output shape

A list of contact records, one n8n item per returned contact.

Return All uses paginated requests; otherwise the result is capped by Limit. The source unwraps the JSON:API list envelope before returning records.
